What is GoFax Corporate?
GoFax Corporate provides small businesses, medium enterprises and large companies with a trusted online fax and SMS service. GoFax Corporate is designed for high volume sending, offering added features compared to GoFax. A number of our GoFax Corporate clients require a custom-built API to connect with their existing software systems. The GoFax development team work closely with our client’s developers to design a fax & SMS solution tailored to meet their organisation’s communications requirements.
What is the difference between GoFax and GoFax Corporate?
GoFax Corporate is designed to provide small businesses, medium enterprises and large companies with a trusted, online fax and SMS service. Although GoFax is suitable for most organisations, GoFax corporate has additional added features that large organisations may prefer, like an admin portal, sub-user accounts and permissions and advanced reporting tools.
How does GoFax Corporate work?
Once you have an account with GoFax Corporate, you can start sending and receiving fax and SMS through the GoFax Corporate secure online web portal, your email client, mobile app or through powerful API integrations.
How much does GoFax Corporate cost?

Does using GoFax Corporate require any software downloads?
You can send & receive fax and SMS online through the GoFax Corporate secure online web portal on any device with an internet connection. The only software download requirement will be if you’d like to download the GoFax app. The GoFax App can be downloaded on your mobile phone or tablet, allowing you to send and receive fax and SMS straight to your desired device.
Can I keep my existing fax number?
Yes! You can port as many fax numbers as required online to GoFax Corporate. During the porting process, we can set up a diversion, allowing you to send and receive faxes to an interim fax number while your number is being ported.

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST, currently 10%. Tax excluded for international purchases. For purchases outside Australia, please contact us.
$11 once-off setup fee per fax number, not applicable on Standard Receive Plans. 5 cents inc. GST per additional fax page received over the included monthly quota.

^^ Credits expire each month and are non-transferable. Send Credits are calculated as follows, Australian national send pricing includes sending to standard fax and mobile numbers. Fax – only charged for successfully sent fax pages. 1 page= 1 credit. A per page cost of 2 credits applies to sending faxes to 1300, 13 or 1800 fax numbers. A flag fall fee of 1 credit per number attempted applies to fax attempts where a connection is established but no valid fax connection is obtained, returning a status result of ‘connection but not a fax machine’. SMS – up to 160 characters = 1 SMS message sent to standard mobile within Australia = .8 credits; standard mobile to NZ = 1.5 credits. International rates will differ based on destination. * The porting in of existing fax numbers is subject to number type, carrier and configuration, see more on Fax Number Porting. The porting away of fax numbers is available on all custom ordered fax numbers or ported in fax numbers. Porting away is not available on GoFax system numbers.
